All sorts o' Pokemon Sprites

Here is where I will post all of my non-fakemon related pokemon sprites.  smile

What if I told you I fused the DNA of an electric spider and the oldest bird? Well, GALVEOPS was just born from my crazy imagination.

Re: All sorts o' Pokemon Sprites

But that is a fakemon, is it not?

That's a Galvantula sprite plus an Archeops, right?

Re: All sorts o' Pokemon Sprites

No, it's not a fakemon. A fakemon cannot be made of official pokemon.  smile  That's just a fusion.

Re: All sorts o' Pokemon Sprites

A fakemon can definitely be made out of official pokemon!

Most good ones like wii's are 1/2 1/2.

Re: All sorts o' Pokemon Sprites

True, but they cannot be visible in the sprite. Wiimaster's are very well disguised.  smile

I thought a fakemon is a splice, and a sprite not made of official Pokemon is just considered your own Pokemon.

I think I have my terms mixed up.

Re: All sorts o' Pokemon Sprites

The definition of a fakemon is a possible design for a pokemon, but not official. An obvious fusion could never be official.  lol

A splice is just called a splice. Fakemon refers to a Pokemon you made entirely by yourself, using no parts from official Pokemon.

I'm taking a break from Scratch until 2.0 comes out. Any messages sent between then and now probably won't be read - sorry.

Re: All sorts o' Pokemon Sprites

A fakemon can be a splice, but the intentions must be in making a new pokemon. Whereas if you do a splice that you want to look like you fused two pokemon, that is a fusion.
