How do you connect Python with Scratch?

I haven't figured that out yet. So how do you?

Re: How do you connect Python with Scratch?

What do you mean by connect? If you mean like mesh then just use sockets to connect the two, I saw a thread about it on here. If you mean otherwise explain what you mean so I have a clearer picture of what you're trying to do

Magnie's been doing some work with this. See this post for some code to get you started.

Re: How do you connect Python with Scratch?

I'll "rewrite" the tutorial from the Scratch Connections wiki since it's dead ( literally ) and I'll ask the Scratch Team for the old tutorial as well.

Re: How do you connect Python with Scratch?

s_federici: They replied that JSO was putting it on wiki.scratch.mit.edu ( the official wiki site for Scratch ).

PythonLibrary: http://scratch.mit.edu/forums/viewtopic.php?id=61628 I admit it's a quick guide, but hopefully it helps.  smile
