I created some GIF images by capturing the screen of my PC. When I try to import them, at first I don't see any thumbnail (only the name). Then, if I try to import them again, I see only some (?) thumbnails. If I import the image (the one with the thumbnail) it correctly imports. If I try to import the image with the name only, nothing happens (the dialog closes but the picture is not imported). All images are created, I repeat, in the same way. After having tried to import an image without thumbnail, in Scratch 1.3 the import dialog is scrambled (this doesn't happen in Scratch 1.2.1).
I can upload the pictures to a site if you have one available.

A bug that happens sometimes, you can do nothing about it. It most commonly happens when trying to import Bitmap/GIF images, because main scratch formats are .JPG and .PNG.
