I do hope this doesn't mean that you're totally inconsiderate of other people's opinions simply because you don't necessarily agree with them. Being completely deaf to the words of others is a pretty dangerous way to think.
I'm not deaf to them, they just don't matter or have any impact on me. I'll be whoever I was designed to be, not who people make me be.

When I meant "deaf", I was also referring to cases of "they don't matter... to me".
We all have out own opinions on things and even other people. Certainly there can be cases of where such opinions can be otherwise ignored and left alone (like the way we dress, for example) but there are other times where such cases where what people say of us aren't left lightly (like if our parents said that our behavior was terrible. Certainly that's an opinion to look into, is it not?). In case you haven't read my response to -iNetMaster-:
I suppose at time we worry about what other people think of us. For the most part, other people's opinions of you shouldn't change who you are as a person.
It doesn't mean that if someone does say something negative about you that it should immediately dismissed and ignored. You can certainly look into a situation where someone says something negative about you - for example, if someone said you were being mean and you don't believe so, you can look into the situation as to why this might be the case; it could be a misunderstanding, maybe you acted out in a way that you shouldn't have.

First, I'd like to know what you think of me.
But, in case you don't want to, I'll tell you about yourself.
The thing that I could best describe you as is:
Human

I wouldn't ever ask that because I'd know the answer would be pretty bad.

But then also, you come from a different background then me. If you were to go to my school, you would learn to let things bounce off you very quickly.
