Hey PokemonMeteorite, there's no specific post count to turn into a Scratcher (some people have even turned into Scratchers with only a handful of posts); turning into a Scratcher depends on activity on both the main site and the forums. Just keep active on botht eh main site and the forums and you'll turn into a Scratcher soon enough.
When the 'Member' title was changed to 'Scratcher' did everyone who had the 'Member' title automatically get the 'Scratcher' title?

I do those loads and I'm still a New Scratcher. I actually spend half my time on the Scratch Wiki, not the Scratch Forums.
I hope it'll change soon...

my recommendation is to keep commenting on the website and keep making projects, you will get there, I was a new scratcher under a month ago

I don't plan on ever uploading any projects, nor do I plan on posting or commenting very much, so I probably won't ever make it to be a Scratcher
