Can you export your games so you can play on it without using Sratch?

I have made a game for a Science Project but I don't know how to save it so you can use it without it opening on scratch.

Yes you can.
Use Jens' Scratch2EXE (it's called something like that)
Download Link (EXE for Windows) (ZIP archive for all others)

Note:
These files are not on my webhost, so I cannot guarantee they are virus free.
