Sad, cause when someone leaves some people don't care, and the thought of losing one scratcher forever may be heartbreaking. (It's like taunting you, a memory lurking in the shadows, but you'll never really see it again.) I'd feel sad. 
(Even though I don't know you very well.)

kind of a "good riddance" but not terribly happy.

Probably none of the above. But I'm not saying I'm apathetic towards the situation of someone leaving.
People come and leave Scratch all the time for whatever reason. And as with any person who leaves Scratch for whatever reason, I would wish you well in your future endeavors. ^^
Everything is better when you add a little cheddar, because when you have cheese your life is at ease
