ACID SPILL in my home town

Well, apparently a train carrying some kind of skin-dissolving acid was leaking through my town a few hours ago, and so far, a couple thousand gallons have been spilled. Everyone in the area has been evacuated to a school- which will not be in session today.

Hydrochloric acid?  That's nasty stuff, pretty much the most acidic acid there is...athlough it's very soluble (dissolves easily in water), so maybe it won't be too hard to clean up.
