ADVICE: You can creep them out enough so they will go away.
EXAMPLE
Bully: [Insert insult here]
You: *Opens eyes wide, opens mouth half way, put on a creepy smile, starts breathing through mouth*
If you do it long enough, they will go away. For added effect, stick your tongue out a little.
Yes and you get dubbed a freak for the next 6 semesters.

That is illegal. Since I am not sure whether or not you are lying, I will try to contact your local police. This is not a joking matter, bringing weapons to school is a seriously grave matter and no risks can be taken.
What're you gonna do?
Ahem, police officers Enzo1997 brought a knife to school. I'm not sure of his real name, or where he lives, or what school he goes to, but, uhm, there you go!

"Tattling" isn't really tattling in this case because if someone is being mean to you and you ask them to stop and they don't , then the first thing you should do is tell a trusted adult. You should do this because aduts are bigger than kids and they can help kids a lot. You should never handel a situation like this on your own. If you tell an adult they will give them a punishment probably and if they keep doing it it could lead up to getting them expelled or worse than that. But you should always depend on a trusted adult. Don't think getting them in trouble is nessacarily good, though.

Also, don't be afraid that, if you tell on them, the bully will try to get his revenge on you in the end. Just keep on telling, until this kid realizes he should give up and stop.

Usually the guy I'm dealing with is someone that uses other people around to help make fun of me and if we aren't with anyone else, he threatens to beat me up. Tattling will make him spread the word on how I (him talking) "went home and cried to my mommy". Ignoring just makes him think, "what a loner" and tells everyone. Dang, my school is one big bleephole.

And wow, you guys got into this.

Remember these things as well.
Violence solves nothing.
Telling someone can make things better.
Don't stoop to the bullies' level.
And finally, you may not get all the respect now, but when your older, and you are rich and successful* because you valued kindness and consideration, you can easily show them after all they did.
*Results may vary...

Actually, tattling will not make it worse. It will only help you solve your problems faster. What those people on your bus are doing is called bullying, a minor type of bullying (teasing kind, I guess?) Anyways, just tell a trustworthy school teacher or a counselor. I recommend to not tell the bus driver. Or, simply tell your parents.
Don't be one of those six out of ten teenagers/children who didn't tell someone about being bullied or their problems. Ignore everything he says.

If you are being bothered, it's not tattling. Plus, talling doesn't matter when this happens. Tell your parents or tell the school. It's sure to work.

How to Stop Bullies in Three Easy* Steps!
1) Become Chuck Norris
2) ???
3) Profit!
*not really
In all seriousness, you could try to secretly get them on video making fun of you, and then bring it to the principal or whoever deals with troublemakers. However, you must first become a ninja** in order to avoid getting caught, which is actually pretty easy***.
**four years of ninja training are recommended
***impossible
I've done it****, and you can too! Except for the ninja part. ;D
****a totally different approach to handling bullies if they're physical

Try threatening/swearing at them. That's what I do to these weird fat girls in our class.

Is that supposed to solve everything? Well, at least it'll get people to be afraid of you.
Still, that was a pretty creepy suggestion. I hope you've never tried that. That's cannibalism.

Simple: It's not really "taddling" if the bully doesn't know you're telling. Best way, keep it secret. Ask your teacher or an adult wherever you're getting bullied and tell them not to mention you.
