No hacking there, it's your fault for turning off online mode. They don't know your password.
Lag is a pathetic excuse, do you want to have moderators be on 24/7, which would probably cause more lag?
In the end, everything's useless online mode is on.

What is a pigman?
When you go to the nether, there's zombie pigmen, which are a neutral mob (they don't attack anything) unless you attack one of them. Then they'll all attack you XD a pigman i think is a walking pig, hang on... There! It might turn into a zombie one though, i can't remember 
I just read the Zombie link, that's what a pig turns into if struck by lightning

Luckily I stayed att 1.4.1.
And I hate how you now can't leave gaps in ladders (Although you get 2 ladders each time now, so it's fine for new ladders, but old ones have to be replaced.) :C

It's 'cuz Bukkit hasn't released an update that's compatible with MC Beta 1.5.
Most suspect it'll be done in a few hours.
