Why the project don't save?

I need Help with this.Why the project don't save and say: Save fail, this folder is only read?

The folder you are trying to save in is read-only. You need to save to a different folder or change the permissions of that one.

But this folder isn't only reading, i tried to save on every folder on my computer!
