Yes, it does, though it's command-line only and doesn't have chat. https://secure.logmein.com/labs/
There are some GUI frontends for Hamachi for Linux; the only active one I could find is Haguichi, but it doesn't (and can't) add chat. You just need to use my Hamachi IP to connect to Minecraft (my Hamachi nickname is Skirmisher).

I'd play on it if it allowed pirate users (I assume it doesn't), and didn't require Hamachi (already installed and uninstalled twice, and it's freaking annoying since I usually don't want it to open at startup). Clearly not my server
