Make it like 2 or 3 minutes instead. 6 minutes is buzzare!!! How is pythonlibrary supposed to post with a 6 minute in-between! Please make it shorter.

Back in June, when they first introduced the New Scratcher rule.
I do agree that 6 minutes is too long, as even just 3 minutes would slow spammers down considerably. Either way, though, it's up to the Scratch Team to decide how much is reasonable.
