There is gifting if you get killed not by a mob, not by falling on your own, not by lava placed naturally, and not by TNT you place.

There are clear signs saying that I reserved that section of property. It is your responsibility to follow it. You can't assume that you can just take a couple of blocks for extra resources, while I'm not noticing. If you need sandstone, than just ask people - I'd be willing to give you some.

Yes, of course people can come into my land - that's correct because first because that's allowed in itself, and that it's in the middle of the main roads of the map. So I can kill innocent by-passers. There are no rules against that.

If you wish, you can suggest gbear to change that.

Well, it was mentioned in the first high court discussion that killing or causing someone to be killed will result in a punishment. However, that was mentioned before you came into the discussion so I suppose you didn't know.

I'm sorry, but he has been on this server for a while, and most people who have listened on that chat have known about the events of building on my property not being allowed - you know I don't like it. I'm wondering why in the *first place* he thought that he was allowed to get some sandstone.

The road goes right smack through you're land! People use that road! So if someone uses that road to go somewhere else you can kill them?!

Werdna, it's not a trap that's smack dab in the middle of the road! It's a trap on a building that's beside the road! It's not something that you can "accidentally" activate. You don't just "accidentally" step on pressure plates...

PW said that, and maybe they were going along the side of the road or something. And if it's not intended to be used, why make it???

The trap is intended to be used. However, as mentioned before, not to be used for any single person in particular.

Well, he mentioned somewhere something like he'd thought he was helping because you were filling something in or something like that.

If he wanted to help he should have asked me and gotten my permission first...

So you see, all these revenges were started by your revenge so stop complaining about it. And you seemed to be laughing and stuff when I died so obviously it's very funny killing people. You're kind of being a bit of a hypocrite.

Werdna, my original TNT'ing was not a revenge. I was simply teaching you a lesson.

You at the time thought changing your nickname was simply a joke, its for laughs. It annoyed me.

To show you how I felt, I TNT'd your place, and I said it was simply a joke, just for laughs. You were annoyed.

Thus, you should have learned that you should not change nicknames. Since the incident, you have not changed nicknames. But you got revenge...

Perhaps killing people is fun - but direct PVP is not allowed unless it has a justified reason! And from my perspective, that was not a good reason - simply "for revenge".
