Not quite. Do you mean like a new type of block, or an actual block (like in the block library)?

^ seconded! Billyedward's guide linked in the post above is an excellent introduction to using Smalltalk to edit Scratch. There is also an introductory squeak tutorial in the Scratch wiki that will be a great step to learning to edit and program in smalltalk - the language that makes Scratch work!

well i'm trying to get the blocks in the block library into my scratch. so i thought i would have to put in the codes in the library to some program
