Writing and Mouse

I always thought, if scratch has the ability to connect with the internet, why not interact with it?

There should be something where it's like:

log onto scratch with username [xxx] and password [xxx].

what d'ya think?

Re: Writing and Mouse

This would turn Scratch into something like this:

Hey, spammers! There's this website called scratch.mit.edu which has this cool tool you can use to post stuff in its own forums! It is also a graphical programming language for beginner programmers, and this means lots of young kids will be looking at your spam!

No.

The glass is never half full nor half empty; it is twice as large as it needs to be.

Re: Writing and Mouse

If these sorts of blocks were added, it would be impossible to completely prevent users from sharing a project with their password in it, and also impossible to keep those passwords from beeing read (using stars in place of characters and disabling copy/paste in the password fields won't help)
