Is this illegal?

I just got a notice from 000webhost saying something about review. I read about the illegal stuff on there. I have my FluxBB footer to nothing (Like no powered by:) So is it illegal? (Scratch did it.)

I hacked PunBB's footer and 000webhost never took that site down.
