What does it mean by "Being more active on the forums and website"? I mean I upload projects alot. So what do I need to do next???

In All About Scratch, Troubleshooting, Announcements, FAQ, Show & Tell, Advanced,Sensor Boards, Requests, Collaborations, Suggestions, and New Members forums. All the forums new users can post in, basically.

1.) Post helpful threads
2.) Reply to other's topic
3.) Post
4.) Reply
5.) Help others
etc.etc
Main site:
1.) Comment
2.) Favorite
3.) Love-it
4.) View/ COmment
5.) Make gallery
6.) Add project
7.) Comment
etc.etc
