Scratch

Going on the Show and Tell section of the forums is a really great place to get publicity, advertising for specific projects there is good, putting your projects in galleries (your own or other people's), adding lots of tags to your projects, and making friends are all really good ways of getting publicity.

Making game projects is also a good idea, people really like games a lot and will probably want to look at yours.

Another thing you can do is find some of your friends outside Scratch and have them come on. That way more Scratchers know you even if they already did.    Also, try holding a contest or make a remix. Remixes are popular nowadays, and you can get comments from whole new people if you hold a contest, or enter an official scratch contest.

If you ask me, it`s pretty much all luck. If you make enough good projects, chances are one day, one of them will get noticed. But that will mean a LOT of good projects.
