Official Scratch MineCraft skin!
So here it is the Official Scratch MineCraft skin: 
So yeah it's the scratch cat of course. I'm usin' it and I would be honor if others would use it too. 
So discuss and download the Official Scratch MineCraft skin.

Being the first doesn't mean it's official. To be official it must be declared so by the Scratch Team, now that they own the rights for the trademark "Scratch" xD

Exactamundo. "Official" can be defined as "Emanating from or attributable to a person in office; properly authorized". In other words, it's endorsed by the thing or organization it relates to. So an official Scratch skin would be by the ST themselves.
