If you mean the title of a thread in the forums, then you can't. However, you can remove the thread by deleting your first post in it.

Actually, you can. You can report your thread (the first post) and ask that the title be changed. As long as you don't request too many name changes, the mods will be happy to change it for you.

Also, the title of a post can be changed within 5 minutes of the original posting. Don't think that's going to be in effect in your situation, so report it to a mod like Harakou said for now, but just remember that for the future.
