Forum Time Zone
My time zone is GMT+0 but when I try to change it on the forums, I press submit and it instantly goes back to -05 EST. I have tried on multiple occasions and restarted my browser, restarted my computer, even used a different browser.

This has been known for a long time and is not going to be fixed. The Scratch Team says refer to it as "Scratch Time".
