Re: New scratch block

The scratch team are more likely to take yoru ideas seriously if you keep a civil tongue in your head.

(Or should that be "civil fingers on the keyboard"?)

Also, a block is not a script. A set of blocks is a script.

Did you know that everyone that denies facts has a hard time living? You're 1 of them.

Just arrange your costumes so that you don't need a previous costume block! A more powerful block would be... "sensing: when I recieve [?]". Sure, it's unnecessary, but it would help.

You're dumb.

roll  Insulting others directly can get you muted. Calling others dumb and not thinking of the consequences can also be considered dumb.

<switch to costume[  (( costume #  <-> 1 ))

There are a lot of other blocks that are higher priority than this. For example, there can  be a <move in the direction arrow key is pressed> block, but Scratch is an intro for programming. If you can't write a script tediously, other programs like PHP, Ruby on Rails, Java, C... are goiing to get harder.

Did you know the fact that every insult anyone throws to me repels from me & sticks to the thrower? (you, in this case)

Gallade_X-treme - While I think your suggestion has merit - I think we can all see the convenience of having a Previous Costume Block - your tone during this discussion has been quite disrespectful.  Please review the Terms of Use (available through the link at the bottom of each page).  Thank you.

Yes, I agree with paddle2see Some people might've agreed with you if you didn't act like a disrespactful animal.
