As in a topic you started? Click report and say you want it closed.

If it's yours, click "report" and ask to close it. Somebody will come by soon and close it for you

Yep, as long as you started the topic, the Mods will close it for you, if you ask. Just use the report link on the first post and say something like "Please close this". That should do the trick.
