One challenge with that is to make it so that people don't feel bad if they are not picked.

Another thing to keep in mind is to select people with a wide range of skills and interests: from beginners to advanced, from music lovers to game aficionados, from fashion fans to animal lovers, etc.

Why don't you create a gallery and every week you pick a different person?

If this gets enough interest we could feature the gallery and then perhaps keep it as a permanent element on the front page.

Remember to think about people's feelings and have a very diverse selection.

the reason I don't get that is we have the "featured" section and that is kind of the same thing, just a note to add on
