Scratch

Three things.
1
I made the mod work eventualy. Been playing IndustrialCraft lately, its awesome. I made solar pannel trees. (A tree shape topped with solar pannels.

2
When on said mod, I came home from setting up a nuclear reactor far off so if it does blow it won't destroy my house...

I'm geussing it spawned on the grass I'm too lazy to remove. I liked it so much I just left it.

I got my friend at school obsessed with Minecraft, he's not got it, but he seems to spend his free time watching youtube videos of it. He managed to convice me to start planning a Minecraft clone which allows space travel, colonys, etc.

Whats your opinion on such a game? It will basicly be Minecraft but much more advanced.

Impossible = not true, just requires thinking and problem solving.
Super-laggy = Same as above.
Boring = You've never played it (I doesn't exist yet) so you can't say that.

I was digging, and heard some zombies. I am debating whether to go in just in case it may be a dungeon, or not to go in. What should I do? I am a wuss, so I need an opinion

Just get a whole bunch of minecarts and put it out, the mobs go in it (passive) and you can kill them. They get stuck in there.

If you want them to get out, just get in the minecart.

About your "peaceful" being boring thing, it's cool for building things that you normally can't build in classic with the extra items.

There's ladders, compact stairs, minecarts, boats, etc.

Ladders: I cant punch trees for 8 sticks! 1 Log per ladder and i don't think you're dieing while you take the time.

Compact Stairs: Whatever that means, if it's normal stairs than it's 5 pieces of the material. That takes so long and is so hard to get ohmigosh i will die cause monsters will com out before i finsih.

Minecarts: Okay, if you're mining for iron, caves have monsters i get you.

Boats: 5 pieces of wood and don't need many. 2-6 logs for a journey.

no im complaining about how you think those require peaceful, and how easy they are to get

if you say gullible really slow, it sounds like green beans (try it!)

Well... the first one wasn't an opinion, its was a statement on what you think it'll be like. An opinion would be saying what you think of the idea, etc.

errr.  You just said it wasn't an opinion.  Then you basically said it was an opinion, as an opinion is what you think of teh thingy

He said Impossible, super-laggy and borring. (Not exact quote) Thats not an opinion.

borring is an opinion.  As long as the answer could possibly differ from the stated element then it is true that 'boring' is an opinion!

Yes, borring does apply to an idea.  Even super-laggy can be classifed as an opinion, as others don't actually agree with the fact that it's super laggy.  If i said minecraft graphics sucked, that would be the same as saying it was laggy, which in SMP it is, and that is an opinion!  impossible can also be classified as an opinion, as others say it is possible!
