Thunderstorm

It lasted a long time. At one point he saw a sight for a tornado. Looks like the storm is clearing up...

Sounds scary!  I've never seen a tornado...and don't really want to  hmm

Does your family have a plan for what to do if a tornado approaches?

Re: Thunderstorm

we've gotten a few pretty bad tornadoes here over the past decade or two

it storms a lot though so i'm used to it
tornado warnings aren't really important to me because they hardly ever actually happen
but when they do happen, they're pretty bad -______-

Re: Thunderstorm

There was a very short storm where I was. It was very heavy rain for about 2 minutes. You know what's worse. I was riding my bike when it blew over. Visibility was just a few meters and winds where fast and I  got the full blow.

Strong winds.
Very Low visibility. (was unlimited 1 minute before)
Super Dense rain. Socked from head to toe in 10 seconds.
Rain made some skin flake off! It was like pins being thrown at you.
Temp droped by at least 6 degrees in side the cell.
I was shivering until it passed.
People in cars where laughing at me. RrRrrRrr.

Well come visit Wisconsin. Right now we are under a severe thunderstorm warning. I've seen tornadoes, and clouds so black it looks like night. Also, hail, sleet, and weird weather are happening right now because it's spring.

So yeah. Come to Wisconsin if you want action. But I don't like rain. Cause it comes before the storm.
