I used part of Serperior's tail for the head leaf.

Um...It's based off of yellowing leaves and dinosaurs, so maybe Yelloeaf? Or Witherex for its evolution?

Great! Now you just have to make a fakemon for Dragrass and Witherex.

I really like the concept and sprite.

I tried making an evo. Here it is:

I also touched up the original sprite.

It uses croconaw and oddish.

I'd say do something with either the torso or the legs, the head looks great.

Maybe... Slowbro/Marill/Politoed for the torso?

Thanks.    I'm going for a sclera eye like Dratini's - its final evo will have a normal eye.

I need something more long and tall. Its head leaf and tail leaf should look yellow and should look somewhat withered.

Well actually, by saying that, my points was that there is nothing wrong with splices

They make just as good fakemon as customs do.

Very good, but the shading needs improvement, and it seems a bit GSC style, though. Keep it up! 

Try making a scratch sprite instead of fusing pokemon. It looks more professional. 

Sorry if my critique is a bit, mean. I'm just trying to point things out.

I would like to point out that a good fakemon must also look like a real pokemon. Real pokemon aren't created by splicing previous pokemon. Fakemon shouldn't look like you took parts from other pokemon. It's fine to do that, as long as you can't recognize the parts at all.
