Not really. If you're afraid of death it's difficult to conquer and become your true potential. Also, death is a necessary transition, it will happen to everyone. It's not a scary thing. I also (sorry, mini religion) do not believe in afterlife of any kind, although I do have thoughts about the soul and reincarnation of energy,

I have been taught not to be scared of natural occurences, so Im am not.
Yes, your way of thinking is more logical. Nonetheless, I am afraid.

I would if I was some secret agent and if I died the world would explode or something like that.

If you weren't afraid then you wouldn't avoid it would you?

I've accepted the fact that life is a privilege and must end. I mean, what are the mind-bogglingly small chances that I'd be born at all, or that life would develop at all? My acceptance of this has reached the point where I also don't really mind if there's a heaven or not. What happens or is true will happen and be true. Death doesn't frighten me much anymore.
Obviously when my time of death comes I may be a bit reluctant to go, but in the long run my mind knows that it's not such a bad thing.
Also, I think everyone here can agree that eternal life would be much worse than death.

I'm a samurai, so no, but also yes.
I'm scared to die at this moment, but not later on in life. If I die when I feel I have fufilled my dreams, then whatever happens, happens. lol I feel like a movie actor :P
