What do YOU want to see in an RPG?

I'm making an RPG in Scratch, so what does everyone think I should put in to make it unique and fun?

My very basic ideas so far are these:
Classes- Melee, Ranged, Magic
Level System- Exp points for each kill, probably not going to have a level cap
Quests- I haven't seen quests in Scratch RPG's, so I'm going to try and put some in.
Stats- Health, Attack Power, Speed (to dodge attacks), Magic Power (if magic selected)
Enemies- Each version will hopefully add more enemies
Bosses- each version will hopefully have 1 boss
Weapons- I hope to eventually add hundreds of weapons that you can buy

Also, I'll put these two options into the game- if I can't get them to work within the game itself, I'll make separate games for these options

Arena Mode/Boss Mode- use your character to go through fighting hard enemies
Free Play Mode- You can create your character with any weapons in the game and any stats you want and fight increasingly harder enemies

keep in mind the first versions will be pretty bare, and I have a full schedule so it will probably take a while.

Tell me more things to add!
I especially need weapon ideas, or anything in general I should add.

PS: the more interest I see here, the harder I'll work  wink

Also, I'm not exactly the best artist... so if anyone wanted to help with that...
