I never had a virus.
That's one of the advantages of having Windows and not being stupid.

My teacher downloaded a 50$ antimalware program called Malbyter. It infected and started to delete his files.

I hate viruses.
You know, a few weeks ago I had a really bad one. I was sneezing and everything.
Heh.
Seriously, I don't like them.

My school's computers had a virus that would infect your flash drive whenever you plugged it in. Fortunately, my antivirus at home picked it up.
yeah, I believe Win7 prevents that by disabling autorun.inf, although that means you can't customize your autorun.

Your solution may be AntiWindowsHater. Windows is only bad because of hackers using it.
EDIT: REPLY TO Necromaster FROM WINDOWS VIRUS IN MAC: OMG? That's really weird! Post a picture of it!

My old, rubbish laptop caught a Trojan. But I have an awesome netbook now. It's screen is a lot smaller and for some reason, Scratch runs a tiny bit slower on my netbook (which is reassuring to know that it'll run faster on other computers), but it's fast

Oh, another netbook user. They are amazing. Which model do you have? (Acer AOA-115 in blue for me)
I used to have 75+ after I downloaded a "program" from Limewire on my old Sony Viao. I then proceeded to screw it up more by doing random things, making the list 300+. Some free program I downloaded got rid of em all but one. Then I wiped the HDD after a few months of "I think it's gone but not really". I dual booted Win XP and Ubuntu, then XP + Fedora, the XP Pro all by itself. It's now currently free of any bugs, and is being used as a night table
It also infected anything that came within a USB port of it, even my PSP.

Lol, that is some extreme... um... computering! XD
I have an Asus Eee Family PC in carbon fibre with a built in webcam and rubbish microphone. I'm annoyed because me and my sister got netbooks at the same time. My step father ordered both of them as Windows XP, but hers got mixed up and came with Windows 7. I don't care anymore, since XP is the most compatible of all Windows OS', and the most popular. It's not about the OS, remember - it's the processor. It's not Windows XP that is slow, it's the processor that earlier versions of XP had that caused the problems. That's where the XP stereotype came from.

Discuss any malware you've had. I had a trojan that disguised itself as an anti-virus program. Took forever to get out.

I used to get a virus everyday. Nothing ever happened. I now have an Apple so I haven't had a virus in years.
At school my friend gave the whole class a game called Destroy the Desktop. We had fun with it. Then one day I put my USB in the computer and the virus scan found a trojan in the game.
Moral: Don't get games from other people
was it april fools day? lol

My netbook had XP Home originally....then XP and Ubuntu Netbook...now just Win 7 Pro. Mine is one of the oldest models to support Win 7 and still run just as fast as it should. Which isn't very fast
It's infact very, very slow when running more than 2 flash related things at once. It does however run Spore and Star Wars Empire At War....which I find really odd. It even ran WoW at an acceptable framerate.
The webcam doesn't work with Win 7....
Moving on, I have Avast for all my virus/tojan/malaware protection. Horrah!
