I think there should be an IM kind of thing for scratch, but instead of e-mails, it is JUST your username.

i think he means a Instant messeging system that uses your scratch login details. I think it would be great if you want fast help and the fourms doesint reply fast enough. Of corse then it has to be public so everyone can see your posts

really, you can kiss this good bye, from what I know the scratch team does not like chatting, I made a forum post that was meant to list peoples IMing accounts on other IMing programs, sadly nothing happened really

Its better not to give out your email adresses out to strangers, thats why.
