I'm wondering how long it usually takes to become a scratcher. I know it depends on
how much time you're on scratch and the forums,but I want to know how long it
normally takes. If anyone knows, please tell me. Thanks.

If you're active, it could take you as little as two weeks. If you're not, it might take you up to 6 months.
There's no definite time, it's how active you are, and how "not-spammer" you can be.

Here is something about your status.
Scratch Wiki wrote:
The New Scratcher status is the title given to a Scratcher who has just recently joined the Scratch Forums.
History
The New Scratcher status was put into action in order to stop spam and troll attacks that had been attacking the Scratch Forums in June 2010. Originally, images were disabled to stop attacks, because that was what the attacks primarily contained, but many users argued and the New Scratcher status was put into action. The New Scratcher status gave many limitations, that the Community Moderators and Scratch Team believed spammers and trolls would not want to work around.
MyRedNeptune, a Community Moderator, said New Scratchers are manually upgraded to Scratcher status if they are, "nice, and cute, and don't flame too much."
New Scratcher Restrictions
Below is a list of limitations as named in a forum thread:
* Can't edit or delete their own posts.
* Can't post at all in in the Miscellaneous forum
* Can't post images
* Can't post clickable links (unless they are to pages on the Scratch Website)
* They have the 360 second rule, rather than the 60 second rule
* Cannot have signatures

So what counts as "being active"? Is it based on website activity, like in comments and project posting, or on forum activity? Because it's hard to be really active on the forums with a 360-second rule.

I believe it's a combination of main site and forum activity. So be active in either or both and you'll become a Scratcher quicker. Comments, projects, forum posts, all those add to your activity.

They did that for April Fools Day. But I hate pokemon so it's not funny to me.

Being active means since the first post you make on the forums. It also depends on how many posts you post. It may even BE how many posts you post.
