Page 19 in the Miscellaneous section is sacred. Why? It is the border from open topics to closed topics. Discuss closed Miscellaneous topics. My favorite is the "Mass Scary Stories" thread.

there is no closed topics in page 13 and you said the boundary was 12 so obviosly, the barrier was not on page 12
