Why are my coordinates the same for sprites in different places?

My sprite 1 and sprite 2 can be at the same x and y coordinates but they are far apart on my screen; they are not cropped weirdly, I don't think. What can I do?

When your drawing a custom spite/costum in the bottom left of the screen is a 'set rotational point' button. basicly your center of rotation is where your Xand Y is. im sure you can figure it out yourself from here on...
