Changing Picture
I can't change my picture to a scratch project of mine. What is the problem

Sometimes you have to wait awhile for your browser cache to clear out the old image. Try shutting down your browser and restarting it, that works for me. If that doesn't work for you, somewhere in your browser settings is a way to clear cached items. Or, you can just wait for the cache to clear by itself...could be a day or more.
