A question about Version 1.3...

If I download 1.3 will it replace the current version (1.2.1) I have installed on my computer?

No, you will still have 1.2.1 in your computer.

I don't believe that is the case...unless you override the default installation directory area.  I accepted the defaults on my installation and it removed (or overwrote) the 1.2.1 installation.

On a Windows machine using the installer for 1.3 replaces 1.2.1.

On a Mac if you install 1.3 you still will also have your old folder with the previous version of Scratch.

Re: A question about Version 1.3...

Tigerclaw, it sounds like the reason you can't change the Applications folder is that you may not have permission. Can you log on as an administrator or other username with administrator permissions?

Do you have a Macintosh, and if so, do you know which version of the Mac OS (available in the top left Apple menu 'About this Mac').
