SQUEAK: Bug 1 - System Browser with user mode on
I do not know where this thread goes, because it's on Squeak, but is related to Scratch

This bug is where user mode is on but the system browser is visible. First, turn user mode on. If you click "Open" in the ScratchSource1.4's version of the Scratch to be modified, there is an error. X it out and you get the System Browser.
Here is proof for a Windows 7 Professional computer:
There; that's user mode ON, with System Browser. It happened on my computer today.
