help making a modofied verion of scrach!
I need help for making a scrach mod called "Flasherz"
here are the things i need to how to do change the program icon, change the name of the program, add extra tabs for blocks, change the startup sprite, and package the program in to a installation package.
ps: also i will need a pause block for BYOB.
reward will be any game you want hacked!!

To change the startup sprite:
From normal Scratch to the Mod: No method availible.
From Source to Mod: Edit the (supposed to be image) image called 'Default'. If your program cannot open it, please tell me.

i cant find it can you tell me what folder it is in and where is the byob skin?

You can find droppdowns on my tutorial in my Sig. For the icon, make a picture you want for it, open it on any program such you can save as .ico, I used Gimp. Save it as: flasherzIcon.ico

Startup sprite. Save your sprite in the costumes folder as DEFAULT.
