...for your account, or for a project? if you mean for a project, you can simply google search sprites, or game sprites, (etc.). most spriting websites will have both unanimated as well as animated sprites. when you save an animated sprite, it will only save as a *single* picture. don't worry. in scratch, when you select *paint new sprite* click import and then that picture. it will still just be that single picture. then click ok, select that sprite and click on the costumes tab. the animation should be there, in the form of many, many costumes. from there you can easily link them together to create the original animation. this doesn't always work, depending on what format the original animated sprite is in, but it usually does. as for an animated icon for your Scratch website account, Im not sure if Scratch supports that yet, but there are any number of sites to be found with such things under any number of searches. a few examples or searches are: animated icon, or (type a video game, movie, or other fav character etc.) animation.
