When I look at that account, I don't see the question mark or the box around the secret location. To me, it just looks like this person put the words "Not tellin" for the town and "somewhere secret!" for the state.

I mean the Text, not the box and the "?" Where it says "Not Tellin somewhere secret!" How do I do that?

When you signed up, you could have put the city and state/province you live in, and when they entered the city and state/province they lived it, the said they lived "Not Tellin somewhere secret!"
For the countries, you select from a list, but you type the city and state/province names in, so it could be anything.
