Scratch isnt meant for that, but if you want to, create or goto a project or gallery and you will see a comment box . Type your message in there.
Wanted the Netherlands to win or want to re-experience Spain's victory? Do it withthis!

The only way in Scratch to communicate directly with your friends is to leave comments on their projects or galleries.
