Creating blocks
I really like BYOB, and it proved to be useful in my projects (at least for me). Would it be possible if a newer version of Scratch could have a method of creating your own blocks by combining others together? Also, after that, perhaps users could share their blocks and download other users' blocks.

That will be possible in Scratch 2.0, as announced in an update.
