Is this mod name legal?

I am making a mod and I am wondering if scratch translated into Latin is legal? The name is going to be Scalpere. Also I am going to distribute the mod. Is it legal?

Personally I would have used the imperative rather than the infinitive ("Scratch!" vs. "to Scratch"), which would be "scalpe"
