April Fools Day pic?

I just looked at a recent project at mine, and everyones Scratch Icon was this:

Is this from the Scratch Team or is it a hacker (lol)??

What do you think?

I doubt Scratch did it, and if they did, I'd of thought it would of been more polished? More professional??
