Ice~ I've actually been the Ice Gym Leader for some major online sites like Shoddy and Pokemon Online.

I would do my battle tower team with main focus areas in. Attack, Special Attack, Defence, Special Defence and Speed.
Ninjask <-- Baton passer for Speed and Attack
Machamp <-- Attack. (OM.G crazy states with baton passed speed and attack)
Alakazam <-- Special Attack (My personal favourite. With a special attack boost item)
Bronzong <-- Defence and Special Defence.
This makes a good gymleader team as there is no common weakness. But unless you have fast pokemon your dead... but then there's Bronzong. 
I would like to see this as the champions pokemon.
My site Find someone post count. Click posts under username. Find number of pages. Times that by 40 for min and 60 for max and you have a rough estimate of post count.
