I had an idea...

what if we started with a mal-formed square.

Then, someone had to trace it as best they could, with a mouse, after having their hand in a tub of near frozen water for a minute.

Then, someone else had to do the same with the result, and someone traced their shape, and someone traced their shape, and so on.

After 100 "generations" how different do you think the shape would be?

It would not be a square for long, as only the first person traced something that could be called a square.
