QWOP: a guide
This, I found, is a very useful way to play QWOP.
Step 1: Press W until Qwop is in a front split.
Step 2: Veeerrry carefully press O until Qwop is kneeling.
Step 3: Then press Q until Qwop is in a front split.
Step 4: Press P until he is kneeling.
Step 5. Repeat steps 1-4 until you fail! (or win. 
)
My High score is 2.5m. how about you?

Or just time your alternation between pressing both W/O or both Q/P.
