Does it matter if the "compress sounds and images" box is checked? What does it do if it is, and what does it do when it's not?

If you check that when uploading, it will compress all of the media in your project in the copy sent to the Scratch website but not the copy on your computer. It's probably a good idea to leave that checked unless you need a certain high-quality graphic or sound in your project, or if you've been paying attention the the filesize of the project while working on it.

It makes your pictures and sounds fuzzy but it make the file weight less.
