Question(s) about Ignore List
Hi!
I was just thinking about this and decided to ask. If someone added you to their ignore list, do you have a higher chance of being banned? I mean, if a lot of people add you to their ignore list, then maybe, but what about if you have never been added before? Also, how do you know if you were added to an ignore list? Do you ever know?
I just want these things to be clarified; I'd appreciated answers! Thanks!

If you get added to someones ignore list randomly, but didn't break any rules, then don't worry. 
In fact the ignore list just prevents that Scratcher from being able to post comments on your projects in the future..
To help the Scratch Team sort out a Scratcher who may be harrassing you, use the Flag as Inappropriate button underneath comments, projects and galleries etc: This will send a message to the Scratch Team that will allow them to look into the problem and if necessary, place a ban.
